About

I am an assistant professor at Mechanical Engineering Department. Before joining Clemson University, I received my PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign (2010-2016) and then joined MIT as a postdoctoral associate (2016-2018).

My research interests lie in the broad area of control, estimation, and optimization. I am interested in utilizing and developing control theoretic tools to tackle some of the challenges in designing Cyber-Physical Systems such as security, resiliency, and limited computational and communication resources.

Prospective Students (PhD Position):

My group currently has an opening for a PhD position. I am looking for candidates with MSc in the field of control, a solid mathematical background, and at least one published/submitted paper.  If you are interested to join my research group, please send me an email with your CV and a writing sample (published/submitted paper).
