The covid challenge:

A new covid-19 test using saliva was recently developed.  Compared to the standard nasal swab test, the new saliva test is easier to administer, more comfortable, but possibly less accurate.

In this simulation we will compare both tests administered to 1,027 subjects.  Consider the nasal test to be the gold standard.

Calculate the truth table for the saliva test compared to the nasal test.  Then calculate the true positive rate, false positive rate, sensitivity, specificity, and positive predictive value.
