Anyone looking to get a basic understanding of how artificial neural networks and deep learning works should check out this short video series. The videos are about 15-20 minutes each, and do a good job of covering the different aspects of how an artificial neural network learns using a simple and intuitive example throughout the videos.

We have used ANN-based prediction within the CEDAR lab in the following settings.

• Assembly time and market value of household products
• Assembly quality in automotive assembly
• Life cycle assessment of projects
