Can a feed be located at the edge of the plane surface?

The port is not allowed to be on the surface of the dielectric. It can be either completely inside the dielectric or complete outside. We chose the outside option in this model. A closer look at the feed is shown in Fig.1. The connection is 0.5 mm away from the edge.
