The materials required for Summer 2025 applications are listed below. We expect to request similar materials in future years, though the official request will be confirmed in the fall (approximately November).

- Transcripts
- One reference letter
- Answers to the following four prompts:
- Report your preference ranking of the three projects offered this summer.
- Provide a brief explanation behind your preference rankings of projects (2-3 sentences).
- Describe why you are interested in pursuing research at the intersection of humans, systems, and analytics.
- Describe how your background and education make you well-suited to tackle complex social and technological problems.
