These supports evolve as students&#8217; progress from TCTC to Clemson, ensuring they have what they need at each stage of their journey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>A research\u2011driven approach<\/em><\/strong>: The STEPS2Clemson team studies the experiences of transfer engineering students to identify effective practices and share insights with the broader higher\u2011education community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">These efforts are designed to increase access, improve retention, and support student success throughout the
