Spend time your senior year in Charleston studying with Clemson faculty and graduate students, all while attending classes that interact in real-time with students on main campus. The Clemson in Charleston Senior Experience is a fabulous opportunity to take courses toward degree completion while working side-by-side with engineers, technicians and area industry engineering partners. You can even fast-track your path to an M.S. degree by earning both your B.S. and M.S. in five years or potentially begin a Ph.D. program upon completion of your undergraduate degree.

The program is housed in the Zucker Family Graduate Education Center, located on Clemson’s North Charleston campus right next door to the Dominion Energy Innovation Center, which houses one of the world’s largest wind turbine drivetrain test stands and the world’s most innovative electrical grid research simulator (eGRID). The campus offers graduate programs in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and Computer Science focusing on renewable energy and cybersecurity, boasts a state-of-the-art Digital Production Arts facility and is home to more than a dozen corporate partners.

The Senior Experience is open to Electrical and Computer Engineering and Computer Science majors, as well as Digital Production Arts minors. Currently accepting applications for Spring 2023 and future semesters. Scholarships and local internships are available.
