Please see the below information about the Cooperative Education Program if you wish to enter the Program this coming Fall 2021 or have questions on how to get involved.

To enter the Program, you must meet the following requirements:

  • 2.5 Clemson GPA to enroll
  • Declared your major
  • Able to pass an employer mandated drug screen prior to employment and randomly during employment
  • Able to pass an employer mandated background check prior to employment
  • Have a valid driver’s license and/or ability to provide own transportation

Mechanical and Chemical Engineering have special requirements:

  • MEs must take and PASS ME 2010 (statics and dynamics) before coming to see us
  • ChemEs must be in their second semester sophomore year or later to enter the Program
