The NIIMBL eXperience is NIIMBL’s diversity initiative that is an exclusive, all-expenses paid immersion program offering Black, Latinx, and Native American college students in STEM majors completing their freshman or sophomore year (or 1 or 2 year of community college) a chance to explore career possibilities in the biopharmaceutical industry. Through hands-on learning and interactions with industry professionals, students will take part in activities designed to help them build their professional skillsets as they begin their career journeys. For the first time, we are excited to partner with our members to offer three (3) unique eXperiences this summer:
- NIIMBL eXperience @ ACPHS (Hosted by Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in New York)
- NIIMBL eXperience @ BioKansas (Hosted by BioKansas in the Kansas and Missouri Region)
- NIIMBL eXperience @ RaritanValleyCC (Hosted by Raritan Valley Community College in New Jersey)
