Rootfly.exe - Unable to Locate Component

Symptom: Rootfly crashes and the dialog box with the message "Rootfly.exe - Unable to Locate Component" is displayed.

Cause: Rootfly has tried to use a file that is not on the user's computer.

Fix: This error should be resolved by doing the following:

1. Open the Rootfly program folder (C:\Program Files\Rootfly is the default).
2. Verify that WinGsl.dll and RootDetect.dll are both in this directory.
3. A. One or both should be missing.  Either re-install Rootfly, or extract the missing file(s) from the zip-archive into the program folder.
   B. If they are both present, restart the program.
