Nanofluidics

We develop new fabrication techniques to build microfluidic and nanofluidic channels for different applications.  Current focus is 1-10 nm planar channels with broadband dielectric spectroscopy capabilities.  At the same time, we provide extremely high electric field, ~ 1 MV/cm, across fluid samples for nonlinear polarization process studies.
