We work on integrated devices, circuits and systems to build labs on chip. For devices, we are focusing on high-frequency microfluidic/nanofluidic channels and their fluidic electronics applications. We also study other components that are important for system-on-chip integrations. For circuits and systems, we generate sinusoidal signals and electrical pulses on chip. We also measure and analyze the signals on-chip in both frequency-domain and time-domain. Furthermore, we probe and analyze biological materials on-chip with high-frequency fields.
