The Glenn Department of Civil Engineering prides itself on building a culture of inclusion. The department has 25 full-time faculty members, approximately 350 undergraduate students. In 2017 the department undergraduate population was made up of approximately twenty percent females and 80 percent males, fourteen percent identifying as a minority.

It is our hope that the initiatives that we are carrying out in our department will pave the way for greater diversity among our faculty, students, and staff. Through curricular transformation, we seek to prepare our students to be civil engineers to address the ever-changing needs of the 21st-century.
