Evan Wells moved to Carnegie Melon University with his advisor Dr. Anne Robinson in January 2019. Prior to the move, he was a PhD student in Dr. Robinson’s lab at Tulane University. He received his B.S. and B.A. degrees in Biochemistry and Chemistry from East Carolina University in 2013. After graduating, he worked as a research specialist for 2 years before deciding to pursue a PhD. He has experience in protein expression, purification, characterization, and glycoanalytics.
