The Multi-scale Computational Modeling (MCM) Core provides support for SC-TRIMH investigators with training, hardware and software support for bioengineering computational modeling at molecular, cellular, tissue, and body levels using both deterministic and probabilistic approaches. The Core is open to SC TRIMH members, Clemson University investigators and trainees, and extramural investigators at other institutions or businesses. Please utilize the MCM User Request Form to inquire about Core facility support of your research.
Advanced Fabrication and Testing Core
The Advanced Fabrication and Testing (AFT) Core provides the SC TRIMH investigators with centralized resources for 3D model-based designs, rapid prototyping, sensor development, production and evaluation, and advanced testing to facilitate translational musculoskeletal research. The Core is open to SC TRIMH members, Clemson University investigators and trainees, and extramural investigators at other institutions or businesses. Please utilize the AFT User Request Form to inquire about Core facility support of your research.
Pre-Clinical Assessment Core
The overall mission of Pre-Clinical Assessment Core (PAC) is to provide mentoring and strategic planning to all SC-TRIMH investigators for the use of live large animal models and/or human cadaver models in their research programs to enhance their research and innovation competitiveness in the field of musculoskeletal health. The Core is open to SC TRIMH members, Clemson University investigators and trainees, and extramural investigators at other institutions or businesses. Please utilize the PAC User Request Form to inquire about Core facility support of your research.
