Checks and Balances Game

This game was adapted from SECONDARY PROJECT WILD 1983, 1985 and was recommended by Christine Harris of J.V. Martin Junior High School in Dillon, SC

This activity models ecological interactions to explore wildlife management practices, extinctions, and other factors that affect wildlife populations.

This activity and others like it are included in the Project WILD Guide that can be obtained by attending a Project WILD Training Workshop. These workshops are coordinated in South Carolina by Sarah Whitmire of the Conestee Foundation (sara@conesteepreserve.org) and BeBe Dalton Harrison of the South Carolina wildlife Federation (bebe@scwf.org).
