COVID-19 PREVENTIVE MEASURES

We are fully committed to the health and safety of all conference attendees. We will follow local COVID-19 guidelines and regulations: https://www.greenvillesc.gov/438/COVID-19

During the conference, we will enforce the following safety measures to protect all participants:

• We strongly encourage attendees to receive their COVID-19 vaccine (including the booster shots) at least 2 weeks before the conference to maximize protection.
• Please wear a mask. Masks are mandatory at all times in the INFORMS Optimization Society meeting space, except while actively eating and drinking.
• Maintain an appropriate distance between fellow attendees. Be considerate and ask before shaking hands or hugging.
• Wash hands often and utilize hand sanitizing stations throughout the conference venue.
• Consider how you physically feel on a daily basis before attending sessions.
