AFM Indentation Analysis

This MATLAB app assists in the conversion and analysis of AFM indentation data. It is designed primarily for use with the Asylum MFP3D AFM, but data from other systems can be modified for use with this app. The app allows AFM data, stored as text files, to be viewed and manipulated and includes functionality for removing baseline offset, converting between deflection and indentation, automatic contact point detection (with optional manual adjustment), conversion to a force curve, and fitting of the Hertz elastic contact model. Force curves can be saved for use in future analysis.
