The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation – Office of Policy and Sustainable Practices invites you to join us for a Tennessee Sustainable Spirits webinar. This webinar will cover how spirits producers can address recycling and materials management in operations. Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn more about the current state of recycling in the Southeast and unique strategies for managing materials that may traditionally be sent for disposal at a landfill.
The Southeast Recycling Development Council works to unite industry, government, and non-government organizations to promote sustainable recycling in the Southeast. Billy Kaufman – President/CEO of Short Mountain Distillery will be discussing ways to reduce waste, based on his experiences and practices at his distillery in Woodbury Tennessee.
