The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation – Office of Policy and Sustainable Practices (OPSP) invites you to the first Pollution Prevention webinar of the year. This webinar will cover the Tennessee Advanced Energy Business Council (TAEBC) along with Bridgestone Americas presenting on its sustainability initiatives. TAEBC champions advanced energy as a job creation and economic development strategy. They educate public officials and business leaders about Tennessee’s advanced energy assets, establish strategic partnerships to connect assets with opportunities, and inform policy that expands and strengthens the industry. TAEBC will be present on how they work to understand the advanced energy sector’s priorities (manufacturers, installers, researchers, entrepreneurs, professional service providers, and companies that are end users of advanced energy technologies), share information about the value of this sector with public and private-sector leaders, and develop programs that connect and leverage our state’s assets with opportunities to promote Tennessee’s advanced energy economy
