Beer, wine, and distilled spirits are agricultural products born out of ingredients local to the producer. With access to ingredients from around the world it is sometimes hard to find local ingredients. This webinar will discuss how spirits producers can source local ingredients. Rachel Painter with UT-Extension – Center for Profitable Agriculture will discuss sourcing local ingredients and Nate Underwood of Harding House Brewing Co. will talk about the Brewer’s perspective on souring ingredients.
