Veereddy_convDeepak Veereddy successfully defends his Masters Thesis defense. His thesis title: InN Nanowire based NanoElectromechanical systems”. He is currently with GeneSiC Semiconductor in Dulles, Virginia

October, 2008. Zhihua Cai successfully defends his PhD dissertation defense becoming the first PhD graduate from NESL. His Dissertation title: “Synthesis, properties and applications of indium nitride nanowires and nanonetworks”.

Feb, 2009. Dr. Goutam Koley wins a National Science Foundation (NSF) Faculty Early Career Development (CAREER) award of $400,000 for the year 2009. The project is titled: “InN Nanowire based multifunctional nanocantilever sensors”.
