Zadid Khan, a graduate student funded by C2M2, is the recipient of the “2020 Outstanding Graduate Research Assistant” award given by Clemson University Graduate Student Government (Clemson GSG). This award recognizes a graduate student who demonstrates outstanding research productivity at Clemson University. His research focuses on the use of artificial intelligence and software-defined networking for improving the operation and security of transportation cyber-physical systems and connected automated vehicles. Zadid has 14 refereed publications: 8 peer-reviewed journal publications, 1 peer-reviewed magazine publication, and 5 peer-reviewed conference publications along with 1 journal paper currently under peer-review.
