On June 21, Dr. Mashrur “Ronnie” Chowdhury traveled to Greenville to present at the International Transportation Innovation Center Smart Mobility Workshop Series. Dr. Chowdhury presented on the research that he is conducting in Connected and Autonomous Vehicles alongside Dr. Joachim Taiber of ITIC and Raivo Sell, the lead engineer at TalTech. The goal of this two-day workshop was to bring together academic and industry stakeholders to work towards bringing AV shuttles to Greenville and promoting smart mobility.
